In March, Taiwan will join the global movement for World Lymphedema Day, with the theme BUILD THE BRIDGE— connecting individuals, professionals, and communities to raise awareness for lymphatic health.

This is not a competition. It is a collective action for awareness and support.
How to participate — It’s Simple!
Join the global movement in just a few steps:
• Choose a day to participate
• Exercise for 36 minutes OR walk/run 3.6 km
• Take a photo of your activity as a record
• Send your photo to us and join Taiwan in connecting with the world

Online participation — no location restrictions, join from anywhere in the world.
