On the occasion of International Lymphedema Day, the Finnish Lymphedema Association is organizing an expert lecture via Teams “Lymphedema patients’ right to effective treatment - what is CDT treatment?” Tarja Kokkonen, Vodder lymphatic therapist International Dr Vodder Academy Instructor, highest teacher level.
The presentation helps us understand
- Why lymphedema therapy is a treatment process
- What should every lymphedema patient receive as part of a comprehensive CDT treatment?
CDT (Combined Decongestive Therapy) means a comprehensive treatment package that reduces swelling. It is not a single technique, but a complete treatment model. Register by emailing info@lymfayhdistys.fi by 5 March. You will receive a Teams link the day before the presentation.
