Lit4LE [special lymph-green tribute illuminations of significant landmarks for “the cause” of the fight versus lymphedema (LE) plus other lymphatic diseases (LDs) & to mark “World Lymphedema (Lymph) Day”] - GENOA: Fountains of Piazza de Ferrari.
Grazie! The Municipality of Genoa, (Liguria) in ITALY , the “Cradle of Lymphology”, has again granted patronage to ITALF (Italian Lymphedema Framework) to permit participation in the LymphoGWG Lit4LE* promotional & educational campaign.
[*NB — green is the colour used to depict lymph in medical school textbooks plus promotional/educational posters for durable goods manufacturers in the marketplace that serves LE/LD needs, such as prescription compression-wear & home therapy intermittent pneumatic devices or “pumps”. For these reasons, it is THE #Lit4LE colour/color.]
