#SOS4WLD (“Statements of Support for World Lymphedema Day”)
In 2016, with the 6 March establishment of WLD, Canada’s Capital (Ottawa) became the first-ever municipal-level government, anywhere, to proclaim THE day… OUR day, on the annual calendar in the Lymphedema World. The Mayor / City of Ottawa has renewed that support for each successive WLD.
Thank you, Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe for the renewed participation in the LymphoGWG promotional & educational campaign, with the proclamation of “World Lymphedema Day / Journée Mondiale du Lymphœdème - 6.3.2024” … EVERYWHERE!
