Maria Pia Design, located in the Hudson Valley of New York, has been creating clothing reconstruction and custom design with physically challenged individuals for 15 years, privately supplying a market that is sorely lacking for those with lymphedema (LE) and other lymphatic diseases (LD).

MPD is adept at either making or altering clothing to fit with comfort, ease of motion, and a design esthetic. If able, MPD will come to the privacy of your home to discuss alterations and adjustments. If you’re unable to travel, we also have garments sent to us via USPS, UPS, and FeDEX. In addition, we can set up a Zoom call as well. Whatever your needs, MPD will work with each client privately and with assurance that all their needs will be met.
