Lynn Gray established The Atlantic Massage Therapy Clinic Inc in 1990 to meet the ever-increasing demand for hands on health care. Lynn graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1985 and has been treating, supporting and advocating for patients with lymphoedema and lipidema since 1996. 

The LE&RN Atlantic Canada Chapter encompasses a collaborative approach for promoting education research and networking opportunities. Identifying opportunities for provision of best standards of clinical care for persons living with lymphatic disorders in Atlantic Canada are a primary focus.
