Susan Stemple, MBA, is a healthcare operations leader with over 15 years of experience leading complex surgical and specialty service lines across integrated health systems. She currently serves as Director of Operations for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, MedSpa, and Inpatient Surgical Hospitalists at AdventHealth in Central Florida, where she oversees multi-site operations, physician alignment, and strategic program growth. She has a proven track record of driving access, improving operational performance, and developing innovative programs, including the establishment of a Comprehensive Network of Excellence in Lymphatic Care. 

Susan joined the LE&RN community out of a deep commitment to advancing awareness, education, and access to care for patients with lymphatic disorders. Through her leadership role as Chairperson for LE&RN in Central Florida, she is passionate about building collaborative, multidisciplinary programs that improve outcomes, expand resources, and elevate the standard of care for this underserved patient population.
