Pr. Zouhir Boukara is a pioneering expert in lymphedema care in Algeria. Committed to education, he has trained numerous physicians and therapists and is leading the 2025 Masterclass on Lymphedema Management. His contributions include an open-access educational guide and a presentation at ISPRM 2018.

Through the creation of the LE&RN Algeria Chapter, Pr. Boukara aims to establish a national network of experts and healthcare professionals dedicated to early diagnosis, standardized treatment protocols, and patient support. This initiative will drive collaboration, research, and advocacy, ensuring that lymphedema care in Algeria meets the highest international standards.
