A two-day symposium on lymphatics, sponsored by NHLBI, NIAID, and NIDDK in collaboration with other NIH Institutes and Centers, will bring together lymphatic system researchers and organ experts to explore the function of the lymphatic system in organ physiology and pathology.

The country looks to NIH for research funding leading to tomorrow's breakthroughs. It has been a goal of LE&RN that Lymphatics becomes a focus of NIH. This goal is being realized with this important Conference.
