On October 24, 2021, LE&RN President & CEO, William Repicci, sent this letter to NIH Director, Dr. Francis Collins.

Dr. Collins is retiring from his position at the end of this year. Hence, this is Dr. Collins' last opportunity to respond to the request made by Congress that he establish a National Commission to study the need for lymphatic research.
