About the speaker: Corrado Campisi, co-founder of Campisi Clinic is an accomplished surgeon with specialty in the domains of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. Dr. Campisi hosted the 29th International Society of Lymphology World Congress in 2023 where he was voted President-Elect of the Society by the Executive Committee. Dr. Campisi obtained his Degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2008 from the University of Genoa, Italy. He completed his diploma in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 2014 from the same academic institution and went on to receive his PhD in Experimental Surgery and Microsurgery from the University of Pavia, Italy that same year. With an undying passion for medical pedagogy Dr. Campisi continued on a pursuit of academic excellence and completed an Executive Master in Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Administration (EMPHA) from Luiss Business School, Rome, and a Postgraduate Course in Surgery of Lymphatic Disease and Microsurgery from the University of Genoa, Italy in 2009. Subsequently earning a Master in Reconstructive Microsurgery (MRM) 2nd Edition in 2013 from the European School of Reconstructive Microsurgery, UAB, Barcelona, Spain and in 2015 went on to receive a Master in Clinical Lymphology, Lymphatic Surgery and Microsurgery from the University of Genoa, Italy. In 2018 he became adjunct Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Catania, Italy. Dr. Corrado Campisi practices and performs various plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries with special focus on micro and lymphatic surgeries, at his own Campisi Clinic as well as other medical networks in both Italy and Switzerland. Dr. Corrado Campisi is a member of several Scientific Societies and has nearly one hundred scientific publications.
